In the fight to protect Douglas Fir, in drones they trust

The Globe and Mail shared the story of how Central Chilcotin Rehabilitation Ltd. (CCR), an Indigenous-owned company, worked with Seattle-based DroneSeed, to direct seed using drones, in an area near Williams Lake, BC that was devastated by wildfires.

This First Nations project which utilized collaboration, and innovation in restoring forests devastated by wildfires, was supported through FESBC funding.
