Tsi Del Del Development Corporation to Participate inInternational Indigenous Tourism Conference

Williams Lake: Tsi Del Del Development Corporation is pleased to share that Clayton Charleyboy will be speaking as a panelist at the 2026 International Indigenous Tourism Conference, taking place February 17–19, 2026, in Edmonton.

The conference is hosted by the Indigenous Tourism Association of Canada and brings together Indigenous tourism operators, community leaders, entrepreneurs and partners to share knowledge and advance Indigenous tourism across Canada and beyond.

Clayton was invited to participate by Legacy Tourism, who is hosting a panel focused on aligning market demand with community aspirations and tourism development goals.

“Legacy Tourism was invited to host a panel made up of partners we are working with as they pursue their tourism goals,” said Jim DeHart, Chief Operating Officer at Legacy Tourism. “The panel focuses on aligning market demand with community aspirations, and we felt Clayton would be a strong fit given his leadership experience and his role in leading the development of a Tsi Del Del First Nation strategic tourism plan."

Tsi Del Del Development Corporation currently operates in the tourism industry and is working toward expanding its offerings to include Indigenous tourism experiences rooted in culture, land, and community priorities. “We currently operate in the tourism industry and are looking to expand our work to include Indigenous tourism experiences,” said Clayton Charleyboy. “This conference gives us the opportunity to learn from other Indigenous groups and better understand the market as we plan for the future.”
